Owner Rob Iovino uses his experience to customize the needs for each hospitality project. His experience comes from the following:

·20 years of Project Management and Upper Level Management

·Over 15 years of Estimating and Budgeting in the construction industry

·Over 10 years working as a Construction Manager and General Contractor

·10 years in Due Diligence and Pre-construction Services
